"We came all the way from California to purchase a used fifth wheel trailer from Stone's Camping World. We looked at so many dealerships for a Keystone Raptor RP299 but being a discontinued model the choices were very limited and the West Coast dealers were unable to locate an acceptable unit. We came across Stone's online and found the exact trailer we were looking for.
We purchased this trailer based on pictures and the word of Mike and Yvonne. Coordinating a sale from the opposite side of the country took considerable effort and faith. The people at Stone's handled our purchase professionally and effortlessly. We want to thank the whole crew Yvonne, Kevin, Mike, Keith and Ted.
When I arrived at Stone's not only was the trailer in the exact condition promised it was thoroughly prepped and ready to go. I had a very tight schedule so I was pleased that Stone's had done everything necessary to stay on track. I was given thorough walk-through and operational briefing.
I had a small glitch with the batteries on the way home to California. Mike called me back on his day off and walked me through the problem. Mike told me to get new batteries. The trailer has been flawless since and Alyson and I are very pleased with our purchase from Stone's.
I can't thank Stone's Camping world enough for their professional and helpful treatment in the purchase of our used Raptor trailer. I would recommend Stone's Camping World to anyone no matter the distance being traveled!"

"This is Part 1 of 2. We found Stones Camping World online. Couldn't ask for a better Camper Store. Mike and Yvonne were wonderful. We ordered a 2010 Open Range 399BHS with a lot of changes and I mean a lot of changes. We spoke with Mike, with our first set of changes, and he called back first thing the next day and told us that would be no problem. Well later that night we came up with more changes, and we emailed Mike with those changes early the next day, when he arrived at work at 9 am, within an hour of his arrival at work, I had an email back with an ok with those changes too. We also had additional changes which I emailed Mike and he emailed me right back with an ok with those changes. I highly recommend this Camping Store to everyone, customer care is their number one priority. When we received our Open Range 399BHS, then I will completed Part 2. "We bought our fifth-wheel from Stones, and we are over 1,200 miles away!!! Even though I never got to meet these folks in person, it was as if I was dealing with life-long friends right in my own living room. I got the best deal, best service, best customer care, (not to mention the best fifth-wheel), and they delivered it right to my driveway! I could have bought the same brand and model from about 40 miles from my home, but it would have cost me about 10,000 dollars more(and that dealer said that they had the very best prices)! If you are wondering where to shop for your next R.V. you found them! You will not be treated any better, dealt with more fairly, or get a better price ANYWHERE!

"We had only purchased a new travel trailer 8 months previously from another RV Dealership. After owning it for 8 months we decided to upgrade to a 5th Wheel. A friend had highly recommended Stones. I went on the Internet and found a 5th Wheel that seemed to suit us perfectly. I called Mike and explained that we lived 3 hours away. He went over the trailer with us by phone and answered each and every question. He was extremely patient with us. We then took the long ride to see the trailer. Everyone from Mike to Kevin to Yvonne and Keith were more then cooperative. We spent at least 2 hours just sitting in the trailer going over everything to make sure this was the right trailer for us. The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful. They just allowed us to stay in the trailer and make ourselves at home. They did not apply any pressure and allowed us to make our decision on our own. As I mentioned earlier, we purchased a trailer 8 months earlier and the difference in the dealership and staff are phenomenal. Upon taking delivery, Kevin went over everything which was never done to that extent with the purchase of our other trailer. This dealership has a staff that really cares about the satisfaction of the consumer. They went out of there way to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend Stones to anyone looking to purchase a RV. In todays world it is very hard to find people that really care about others. When you purchase from Stones, you have found a select few that still care."

"The entire crew at Stone's were nothing short of kind and professional. Second to none! We wanted to leave the tent camping behind and begin our new camping adventures in a Pop-up. Mike was there to help us in determining the right pop-up for us. Keith was very instrumental in all the fianancial paper work and left no stone un-done and best of all, no hidden costs. Claire was very instrumental in pointing out the things we need for our new camper and things we don't need (just shows that are some people out there that are not out to sell you things you just don't need!). Kevin in the service department and his entire crew were very patient, kind and accomodating to all of our needs. Kevin took hours out of his chedule to go over the entire camper demo with us. His technicians ensured that we had the right equipment and proper safety features in place to safely drive the pop-up away! "Mike and Yvonne made the whole process painless. We had been very turned off by other dealers that treat you like second class citizens when you say you are interested in Popups instead of RV's. I like that "Camping" is part of the name of Stones.
Since we have been researching for months via the Internet, we had a good idea of what we *thought* we wanted and needed. Mike was great with email responses, so many of the questions had already been answered before we actually walked into the door. Mike and Yvonne showed us other options that made better sense for the same or less money than we were planning on spending. There was never any pressure to buy up. More importantly everthing was included in the sale, no nickel and diming for parts and accessories after fact.
We intend to make this a relationship, not just a sale, and they recognized that.

"We got interested in getting a tent camper. What we were looking for was one with heat. I looked at inventory on internet. Liked the 2001 Coleman SeaPine. Went to look at it. Was very impressed with the condition of it and the actual size. Also has hot water,refigerator,and water tank. The price was excellant. We bought it within a week. "My wife and I had been looking at the Durango D325SB Fifth Wheel for two (2) years. When we finally decided to make the commitment we needed to locate a dealer.
Through the KZ website we contacted Stone's Camping World. Well let me tell you; WE COULD NOT HAVE LUCKED OUT ANY BETTER! From Mike to Keith to Kevin to Yvonne - every one of them were a pleasure to deal with. They were patient with us; from every question to every concern! We never felt like we were a bother. They always welcomed our telephone calls!
We live more than 120 miles away and were not able to make the trip to physically see the Durango in person. Mike made us feel so comfortable that it never concerned us that we were making such a purchase without actually seeing the trailer. They had pictures on their website and we knew the trailer.
We had a trip already planned in seven (7) days and wanted this trailer for that trip. Mike and Keith made it happen!! Everything went smoothly!

"After researching many brands and dealers, we decided to buy our camper from Stones Camping World because of it's excellent reputation for quality and service. Our saleman, Mike DiFiore was patience, answered our questions and showed us various units so we could understand the difference in the models. Everyone we met at the store were helpful, friendly and never pushy. We especially liked having the demo of all of the components as well as the set up and down of the camper. We felt much more confident of our ability to handle the camper on our first trip because of the demo. The only problem we encountered was the sink leaking underneath in the cabinet.
1 note-recommend include in the demonstration...the camper brake & turn lights...to show they are working and mention the car lights have to be on for the camper lights to work. We finally figured that out as we were traveling to NY! Meanwhile we had a wonderful first trip and looking forward to our next trip! Even our 2 dogs enjoyed their "new home away from home""
